A Day in Kapalua

6am — The day belongs to those who witness its wakening. It's an experience made all the more invigorating when you're taking an early morning walk along the world's best beach with one of the most luxurious places to live as your backdrop.

8am — Nothing infuses the day with freshness more than enjoying pineapple from a plantation you can see from your home. The island traditional motif only enhances a setting that overlooks the ocean and flowering tropical gardens.

9am — Time to play. The concierge booked your tee times and your clubs will be waiting for you. All that is left to do is take advantage of the fact that this time, you're playing your home course.

12pm — Lunch at The Plantation House. Take in the gorgeous vistas high above the Kapalua coastline while you relish the thoroughly modern blend of plantation-style atmosphere, old-fashioned Hawaiian hospitality and the finest in Hawaiian/Mediterranean cuisine.

2pm — Back down to the beach to collect the kids from the Kids Club® and then back up the mountain to go zip lining in the nature preserve.

4pm — Back to the beach with the kids. It's time to show them what you can still do on the perfect wave.

6pm — a romantic dinner on the ocean, it's the prefect setting to celebrate the perfect day.

Tomorrow — Hit the beach at first light to catch a few waves before breakfast. Maybe a little shopping in Lahaina and a Cheesburger in Paradise would be fun, or if everyone feels up to it, a hike to the Iao Needle, you could drive the highway and get some incredible shots from the crater. Either way, there's no rush to take it all in when you're at home.
